If you want us to keep looking after your two websites as well, that is a separate add-on you can take or leave.

26 Long Form Videos

That is one studio session a week on average, but the number is the commitment, not the calendar. If you want to bank three in one week and skip the next two, do it.

  • You come in and record in the Qinary studio. The studio, the lighting, the cameras and the crew are ours to run
  • Production on the day, so all you have to think about is what you are saying
  • A full edit of every video: cuts, color, sound, graphics and pacing
  • One round of revisions on each cut, from your notes
  • The finished video delivered to you and your team, ready to publish
  • Once the 26 are used we can add more

Performance Call Every Two Weeks

A one hour call with Buck every two weeks, 13 across the six months. It runs the way our analytics sessions already do.

  • Half of it is analytics: what the numbers say about what is working and what is not
  • The other half is consulting: where the content goes next
  • How the content ties to the book, the speaking and the nonprofits
  • If you take the website add-on, the website numbers are covered on these calls too

Website Care

This one is separate so you can take it or leave it. It covers richardvietor.com and restoretorise.org.

  • Both sites hosted by us, backed up, secure and online
  • Up to three hours of updates a month, the little changes and the things you want to add from time to time
  • Sophie sends the changes as one list on the 1st and the 15th, and we turn them around within three business days
  • Once a quarter, a full pass on each site: speed, search, and every form and donation link
  • New pages, new sections and new sites are quoted separately
  • Inspiring Flight stays on Nicole's Wix account as it is
  • If you pass on this, the sites stay live with the edits finished as they stand, and hosting moves over to you

Come in as much as you want and pack out your long form. There is no cap on sessions between now and the end of October. Anything you record, we edit, send you a round of revisions, and deliver the finished video to you and Sophie to publish. Alongside that we finish the website edits you send through Sophie, forward the One Lucky Break domain to richardvietor.com when you say go, and get Sophie into Slack and up to speed on how shoots get scheduled with Maddy.

Service Agreement and Resource Reservation

By saving a payment method on this page, Client agrees to the following terms. This constitutes a binding service agreement between Client and Qinary Corporation, an Arizona corporation ("Company"). A dedicated team, studio time and production resources are reserved for Client's account. Fees are billed in advance, and payment is due in full regardless of utilization. Non-participation, including missed sessions, missed calls, unanswered communications, or failure to supply notes or materials, does not constitute grounds for cancellation, pause, credit or refund. All fees are stated and charged in United States dollars.

Term and Billing

The partnership runs for six consecutive months from November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027, at $4,997 per month, $29,982 in total. No payment is taken when this agreement is executed. The first payment is charged automatically on November 1, 2026 to the payment method saved here, and each following payment on the 1st of the month, six payments in all. If Client executes this agreement on or after November 1, 2026, the first payment is charged at execution and each following payment on the same date in the following months. The six month term is a minimum commitment. Early termination requires payment of the remaining months in the term.

Scope: The Partnership

The partnership covers 26 long form videos across the term: studio time in Company's studio and its upkeep, production on the day, editing of each video, one round of revisions on each video from Client's notes, and delivery of each finished video to Client and Client's team. Sessions are booked with Company's scheduling contact and can be spread across the term as Client chooses. Additional videos beyond 26 can be added by agreement. It also covers one one-hour performance call with Buck Wise every two weeks, 13 across the term, covering analytics and consulting on the direction of the content and how it ties to Client's book, speaking and nonprofit work.

Optional Add-On: Website Care

If selected at checkout, website care is billed at $1,497 per month on the same payment method and the same date as the partnership. It covers hosting of richardvietor.com and restoretorise.org, backups, security and uptime, up to three hours of updates per month submitted as one list on the 1st and the 15th of the month and completed within three business days of receipt, a full review of each site once per quarter covering speed, search, forms and donation links, and website analytics on the performance calls. New pages, new sections and new sites are quoted separately. Inspiring Flight remains on its existing Wix account and is not covered. Website care can be stopped with thirty days written notice before the next billing date. If Client does not select website care, the two sites remain live with the edits completed as of that date, and hosting is transferred to Client.

Not Included

Excluded from this agreement: short form content, publishing and channel management, paid advertising and advertising spend, new pages, sections or websites, and any other service not described above. Those remain with Client or can be scoped separately.

Content and Intellectual Property

All videos and deliverables created by Company for Client remain the intellectual property of Client upon full payment. Company retains the right to showcase work in portfolio, case studies and promotional materials unless Client provides written objection.

Results

Audience growth, views and engagement depend on platforms and factors outside Company's control. Services are provided on a best-effort professional basis and no specific result is guaranteed.

Refunds

Qinary Corporation does not issue refunds under any circumstances. Payment of any invoice constitutes acceptance of these terms.
